Follow not working

Hi Martin.in the latest version FOLLOW does not work

but when I insert Share Accross Account works fine

Please do check your action logs adn read them, the issue is clear:

14:28:37: * ERROR: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\Twitterdub\1166882051242582016'.
You instructed the program to work from a file that does not exist.

If this is not the case:

I understand that it says that the file does not exist, but in fact the file exists, the program can see the same file when I check Share Across Account...
.../Desktop\Twitter id\April\split_18.04\18.04.part219.txt... here is the file path,it has 100 user id.and I’ve been doing it for 2 years in Twitterdub

open app
goto follow tab
enter file path of 10 items
check 2 accounts
max_items = 4
CREATE

2 actions in processing tab
expand description column, I can see each action has a custom file from appdata saved_dir
Actions run correctly


If you repeat EXACTLY the above does it work for you?

I select 1 account, and I repeat, I have been using twitterdub these settings for more than 2 years...the whole problem is in the latest version,before that it works normal...
i have sent you text file in the mail

No, it is not as simple as that as would effect everyone. It isn't.

Either you are doing something different.
It is this account with this action setup.
I select 1 account, and I repeat, I have been using twitterdub these settings for more than 2 years..
If you are using ONE account, why are you specifying MULTI TERMS SHARED?

Can you run some tests.

Stop /delete / pause all existing actions.
AUTO RUN turned off (processing tab)
restart app
Clear logs: HELP >LOGS > DELETE

goto follow tab, set up your action. Before creation action take a FULL SCREEN screenshot.
goto PROCESSING tab, expand out the action description column, another full screenshot

click RUN to turn processor on
Run the action until completion / fail
Submit logs

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Are you creating NEW actions, or running an old previously created action?
