HI Martin,
I was trying to set some tweets with:
1. Youtube Video Playlist to pick up the description as the tweet body
2. RSS feed with links, picking up description as tweet body
and mark a couple of Profiles as auto_mentions and randomise couple of hashtags from the keywords to add to the tweet.
I tried a few things but failed miserably.
Can you help? How to do this? Anyone else has tried this??
Cheers,
Shaily

Re: Randomise Auto Mentions and Hashtags to RSS feed and Youtube Playlist
When you post a youtube video, then what is displayed is up to twitter. For playlists, I am not sure if twitter supports them. Try it on the twitter.com website and see what happens. The same should happen in TD
What you tried?2. RSS feed with links, picking up description as tweet body
how you specify it?
What do you want to post?
POST FROM RSS FEED is comlicated, you need to have an idea of RSS / XML /XPATH in order to use it.
More help here:

Again, what did you try what happened what failed.and mark a couple of Profiles as auto_mentions and randomise couple of hashtags from the keywords to add to the tweet.

Using the Youtube (18th button on twitterdub menu) {I think it works for one youtube link at a time}martin@rootjazz wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2020 3:26 pm When you post a youtube video, then what is displayed is up to twitter. When I point to the file containing Youtube URL as follows:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aircAruvnKk What is Neural Network? %kw% %kw% #auto_mentions#
The outcome is:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=aircAruvnKk
What is Neural Network?
# # #@profile1 @profile2 @profile3
The issues are:
1. The Keywords defined both in the Tab Meta and in the Global Meta are not picked up though auto_mentions are picked up.
2. The description has to be manually defined one by one.
Youtube Playlist:
To be able to get to around defining description, I use the youtube RSS feed which works fine... Puts the description and the tags but auto_mentions do not go through.
RSS Feed link: https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xm ... G2P55YRn5v
Tags in Assign RSS Elements: #Analytics #MachineLearning #Auto_mentions#
The output on twitter is:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=OGxgnH8y2NM
Practical Machine Learning Tutorial with Python Intro p.1
#Analytics #MachineLearning
The #Auto_mentions# just disappear. May be because it doesn't know where to pick them from.
It would be great if the application can pick up the Auto_mentions for RSS feed so it can be marked to a few user profiles.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers,
Shaily

Re: Randomise Auto Mentions and Hashtags to RSS feed and Youtube Playlist
Correct you are specifying the body text, it is not going through the meta settings. You should be able to after import click assign meta to assign the meta keywords
this looks like an error, the auto_mentions token SHOULD be picked up. Let me testYoutube Playlist:

Re: Randomise Auto Mentions and Hashtags to RSS feed and Youtube Playlist
lol, I never checked if you could set it. That function is not applicable to RSS POST MEDIA. Which is why it didn't work when you set the token as you could not specify the mentions data.
Re: Randomise Auto Mentions and Hashtags to RSS feed and Youtube Playlist
Hahahaha
Can you please set it up??
