Something weird about Version: 3.5.4.764 -- I have an instance that's been running interrupted for 24+ hours, and the plays are still delivering fine on it.
I have other instances of Version: 3.5.4.764 that I restarted, and streams don't work on these.

now I restarted SCM and everything is "Failed"
edit: after restarting SCM again, plays are working fine!
Mine continue to fail. Hoping Martin can look into this!

I assume it was you I replied to this morning as the issue was the same. It sounds like something on machine is removing files so the program cannot run. A few other people have report ANTI VIRUS / SECURITY software doing similar the last week.
Check: WINDOWS DEFENDER
SMART SCREEN
Please check your anti virus / security software and make sure the applications program files folder:
c:\program files (x86)\soundcloud manager\
is whitelisted and / or all the .exe and .dlls in that folder.
