All accounts can't access twitter via the app, tried to login with the proxy using chrome and it worked. The proxy can access twitter. Also session browser does not work..

It is happening for a specific proxy.
But that proxy can be used and not blocked on Twitter.

seems the software is down. all account using proxies can't connect.

Something changed with the encruption used for https / certificates on twitter.

What OS is everyone using?
Make sure it is uptodate with ALL windows update

If can test WITHOUT a proxy, then we can rule out the proxy being the issue and just test your base machine which should work
