captcha service not working??

I have money in my Death BY Captcha account but its not working in SCM. It use to work in the beginning but now it says ERR where the balance is. I have confirmed that I have a decent amount left in my deathbycaptcha account. So now i barely can create emails. Whats Wrong?

Check the DBC site to see if they are having errors, should be in the status.

The code hasn't changed on the SCM side, so is most probably
a) DBC error
b) Network error

Wait a few hours, restart the machine, etc

If persists, submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
