the file came into the process locked, at each check, locked, locked locked, wait 4 seconds (of 10 maximum) file is unlocked, and uploaded

I think I found the problem. It seems the imgposting gets locked in the first database you use to post pictures.

-If you open database1 and try to post images with the watch folder, it'll work.
-If you open database2 and try to post images with the watch folder, it'll fail.
-If you close database1, you'll be able to post images with database2.
-If database2 is uploading/uploaded images, then database1 can't upload pictures.

Nvm...

Tried to post 10 images using the watch folder (no datafiles) to 1 account; no other databases opened, and posted 6 out of 10 (failed the first 4 due process blocking).

Did it fail completely, or was it locked for a bit then unlocks?

Did you send these logs as well?

are you syndicated by any chance? Another user with a similar issue seems to point to syndicaton to wordpress?
