Failure to follow

When using the follow function when processing it is saying there is an unknown reason for failure to follow. It was working fine 2 days ago, all other functions are working

I updated the software a week ago.

Can you submit your logs

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT.

Then let me know here the ID so I can find the logs on the server
