Ask Bug: Already Processed Items

I created a new account and tried running Ask action on it, but i got already processed items which shouldn't be there as i didn't ask any question with this new account.
I tried asking questions with other new accounts and still got already processed items again.

Thanks for the update, however the already processed items are still appearing for Ask.
When i downloaded the update i was still asked to download it eventhough the app says i have current version 1.198
