Can't login (browser login works)

Hey Martin,

I have got some problems logging in.
I had to switch proxies as they were terminated while on vacation. I got now very similar proxies (same server, subnet, etc) and I can login using the 'Browser Login (stay logged in)' feature. However, when I try scraping stats (there were some problems scrapig stats...) or any other feature it doesn't work (* FAILED: login).

What should I do?

So I deleted the account and added it again. When I tried to validate it I got this:

Failed login: email password: Exception of type 'LibBotControls.ExFailedLogin' was thrown.'

I'm getting the same error on the new accounts I'm adding to TJ.
Seems that there's a problem loading proxies/loading Tumblr.

Tested my proxies with Firefox manually and they're all working fine.

Sorry guys, seems I missed this thread

If you haven't added your account yet:

Please click the ADD button below the accounts list

Enter the email / password as you have done
check the DO NOT VERIFY option
Now click save


If the account is added already (and if you just added it:

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN
The action will run
Double click the action to view action logs
Copy and paste those logs to me

there will be a page dump which will allow me to find out why the program couldn't find the key it needed

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

your logs are insanely big.


Do not run any other actions, if they are already running, restart the app so they are not running (ensure AUTORUN is off)


clear logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files


attempt your login action again, one fails, submit logs again

Just to help you figure it out. I was able to add accounts without proxies, and it worked out fine.

Considering the browser isn't even displaying Tumblr (or any other website) after inputting the proxy user:password manually. Think it might have something to do with how it's loading/using the proxies? (I don't really know what I'm talking about)
