Getting Alternate Proxies to Work?

Hi I've been trying some follow actions, the issue is when the main proxy times out after 30 seconds it does not go to the available alt proxies I've set. I've looked through the settings and it appears the settings are what they need to be. I've also disabled the "if account login fails, don't try again" option.

alt. proxies will only work for the login.

try login with main proxt
if fails, try alt proxy

success do work with login proxy (where work could be like / follow etc)
if you now have a proxy issue, the action fails - an alt proxy is NOT used

ok i thought that's what it'd probably be just double checking
