you mean the pre-action like before follow doesn't work? It should, can you submit a log showing it
Search and Favourite: I tried to built a custom search for followers of an artist to like then their newest Track. Didn't get it
Maybe you can combine both actions on one Page. Also missing like/repost playlist and album here.

Watch Account: Would be great to have the possibility to automatically follow a person that liked one or more tracks or wrote an comment to one of the tracks. Also would be cool if scm likes automatically the newest track of someone who likes one or more of your own tracks...
Already possible with some scrapes to file (from scraper tab) then follow from list.
To have two Messages, one welcome for artists (with tracks) and one for Fans would also be fine.
And at least it'd give you more secure to see a preview of the pm text as the receiver of the pm will see it - before submitting.

So basically you want two watch actions but with the ability to apply a filter. If tracks>1 do this, if tracks =0 do that. Note made about possibility of a filter box for the watch module
