scrapping many users to follow fast

hello, before 1-2 months i was using this features to scrape users to follow:
1. i scrape many posts by hashtag
2. i combine them to one text file
3. i put this file in scrapper tab and was selecting scrape post notes
then this task was one "task" ir processor tab and was working fast.
Ok, now if i put list from step 2, select one account and i get many "tasks" in processor and bot freezes/all this thing is slow.

Maybe im doing something wrong? Can you tell me step by step how to scrape users right now in correct/fast way? thanks.
