Loop on Uploading Video

Hi Martin,

I am trying to setup a loop to upload and post a set of 12 different videos using the video tab and tokens to make it distinct. I am not able to get the correct settings to achieve this. What I want to get is to simply run a loop:

Tweet 1
2 days later
Tweet 2
2 days later
Tweet 3
....
Tweet 11
2 days later
Tweet 12

Once the 12 tweets containing video are posted then it goes back to tweet 1 and start again. This way the Tweet 1 will be posted once again after 24 days.

As I am using tokens, the tweets will be different even after 24 days...

Hope this makes sense and is achievable.

This is going to be tricky, as you want unique videos on for the folder so you can loop the folder one time completely. Then on the loop completed, remove unique and do it again.

There is no concept of this.

You could "sort" of do it via UNIQUE OFF, but then you must use extensive pauses to go through the files in the folder.

tweet 1 pause 48 hours
tweet 2 pause 48 hours
Then repeat action

HOWEVER, the issue here is, if you restart the program, then it will go back to the beginning of the folder so it could be:

tweet 1 pause 48 hours
tweet 2 pause 48 hours
tweet 3 pause 48 hours
RESTART APP
tweet 1 pause 48 hours
tweet 2 pause 48 hours
tweet 3 pause 48 hours
tweet 4 pause 48 hours
tweet 5 pause 48 hours
tweet 6 pause 48 hours
RESTART APP
etc


Perhaps another way would be to create 12 actions
1 action for tweet/video1
1 action for tweet/video2
1 action for tweet/video3
...
1 action for tweet/video12

Set each action with a repeat of 2 days
Then schedule each video to start exactly as wanted:
tweet1 Sept1
tweet2 Sept2
tweet3 Sept3
tweet4 Sept4
...

With no unique, that would work exactly as you want and not be effected by restarts, but is more setup.

Thanks for the response Martin... But this could be a great update / enhancement to the software... as will allow to create a group of tweets that can be set in queue for a few weeks and then sun again until they stop.
