Using "Open in session Browser"
There is some kind of error in login process to accounts(maybe only locked accounts). Software refresh twitter page with huge speed and twitter redirect it to /i/rate-limit page. Happened in all last versions including 3.121. To solve it i close twitter tab, open private window, login there. After if opening twitter page cause no error.

Please submit logs.

If it still happens to a particular account, please export the account and email it to me so I can test it here.
