Twitterdub closing randomly on versions higher than 3.121

Hey. Seems something changed and all versions higher than 3.121 closing randomly. I have 3 instances running. Each of them closing randomly. But 3.121 working very stable. Tested 3 times already with 3.126, 3.129 and 3.130 with same result. All the time after return to 3.121 software keep working very stable. Please check. Logs seems shows nothing. Software working then close, after restart it keep working for some time.

After to closes randomly, please send me logs manually WITHOUT opening the software
Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\
then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)
If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:
Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link
Also, check your anti virus software / security software and ensure twitterdub is whitelisted as they have been known to do similar random closes previously
