Accounts not visible in any process

Hey Martin,

Expect for "Scraper" process, any other process be it tweet and reply, tweet, like, unlike, follow, unfollow, watch etc...I am not able to see my accounts so I cannot assign the tasks.

Strange - - - I used "Quoted RT" process and it worked because I could see the accounts but suddenly (without closing the software) they are gone.

Help please?

Failing all that, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)


and submit database:
Can you submit your database please

TOOLS > CREATE DB BACKUP AND SEND TO SUPPORT

then send your DB ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

no, if the action is for 100 items and you it has processed 90 and you restart app, it will do another 100

No worries, thanks for letting me know. So hopefully it was a one off event (accounts not showing). If it happens again, please let me know ASAP

It is happening again. Let me know when you update the softeware, I will restart it.

So basically just for your info, I run instadub and twitterdub in same PC and I hibernate my PC 2-3 times in a day to pause processes. Also, this is happening again when PC alongwith twitterdub is running for 24+ hours.

Let me know the update so taht I can restart the software.
