didn't work. it only deletes one at a time. why not make an update that has a delete all function

Yes it does work, just tested. If you want to remove all

click the first row, hold shift
click last row to highlight all (still holding shift)
now press delete on your keyboard, clikc YES on the "are you sure?" prompt

still did not work. i did what you said. maybe my keyboard is broken. the only way to delete all is to remove the database and start over . why not have a feature that can delete all the accounts after clicking "select all"

What happens when you press delete?
Or with some rows highlighted, right click and select delete

why not have a feature that can delete all the accounts after clicking "select all"
Because there already is a way to do this. Doesn't make sense to duplicate every single feature just incase the way that works for 99.99% of people doesn't for one user. Makes more sense to find out why it doesn't work for that user.
