Promo function not working

Hi Martin,
I have submitted the log no. 36781 running on version 3.0.81.
The following is what I did to an account:
1. Unfollowed all the followers... so no. of followers is ZERO for the account.
2. Started Promo tab and put the following settings:
Promo Style: Safe
No. of Follows: 15
Likes: 20
Effective method
with 9 keywords and 1 similar account

3. Just asking for 15 follows and 20 Likes, the first step ran for 57 minutes and after the process completed, the number of people followed was still zero.


That doesn't look normal to me.


Please let me know whats going on.

Your logs do not show you running any PROMO FOLLOW actions.

Check the processing tab, do you have a promo follow action? Did it run?


Screenshots of promo setup / processing tab would help understand.

Yes, it did run... that's where I found 57 minutes and as I couldn't add the screenshot here... I sent it to you through mail at the same time when I posted this message here.

To avoid any confusion, I reran the Promo process once again.... Sent you a detailed note on email with all the screenshots, including the one with the process and promo settings.
