Some accounts dont tweet

Post by markds10 »

Hi

I got this problem for some time now.
Sometimes some accounts stop tweeting because of an authentication error I think, Have tried different things like reset user agent and deleted cookies deleted blocks,Closing and updating program etc but nothing seems to work to get the account back to tweeting, I can manually (with the bot) log in and post tweets by hand. (when I let the bot open account in session browser it looks like it has trouble with the pasword because I have to put the password manually. But in the program all login details are correct)
The only thing that works is to delete the account in the bot and re-add, then create the tasks again. that solves it, but it takes time to do a lot of accounts.
Will post some logs here:

Please perform the following:

Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)

Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens

Perform the action:
***

goto ACCOUNTS tab
check your account
right click > DELETE COOKIES
top left options, check FORCE, uncheck USE COOKIES
click VERIFY:LOGIN
run the action
submit logsS

***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.

Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

Martin

I will try to do this next time I run into this issue.
I have re-added and recreated the accounts and tasks so now I don't have the issue.
Will definitely let you know if the problem reappears

ok, from the line
WARNING: authentication issue - account needs to log in again!
It sounds like an auth / cookie issue so the above sequence should fix it or at least get more info regarding the issue
