Is there a way to tag a user in photo, not auto_mention near it?!

What do you mean? Twitter doesn't allowed users to be tagged within an image. Unless I don't understand exactly what you mean by "tag users".
Can you explain what feature you mean EXACTLY. A screenshot of you setting the info in the browser would probably be sufficient

But it works ! You can tag people @twitter_user when you post inamge!

Never noticed that before lol!
How long has that been there? Is it new, or have I been blind to it for time?
I'll get it added to an update for this week
