as we not using it at all, very confusing for us to use it,

If you would like a refund, write in to support:
The basics of the actions are quite simple.
Specify a search
Set the items to process
Create action.
i.e. a follow action:
enter a profile url
select FOLLOWERS
specify: 50 items
Create action
there are more advanced features / options of course, but the above is the base of any action
