From accounts I have seen it is a block on the account by twitter. Log into twitter in your browser and you will see.

Twitter wants you to either / and / or

* receive an SMS to verify the account
* change password

Yes, its a blocked acc I know but TD doesn't see as blocked. And btw when it is obvious it's blocked and need to do captcha thing action continue failing endlessly.

TD trying to post endlesly and I need to cancel action, solve captcha and redo this action again.

And nowhere I can see its blocked except double click on action and check.

correct. Am looking at this now. Seems this kind of forced verification block is new(ish), the program currently fails due to the CSFR header not being present, which appears that twitter removes this header either as an indicator or response to them setting the block on the account.

Should have some detection functions in for the next update to detect and notify of this

can you submit logs so I can see what is causing it too loop:

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I just test it to see if it's blocked or not.

I update account's without login in first (I did it many times before)

So I got the same error.. but after I sign in manually to see what is the problem.. nothing happen.. and everything is work great!

After that I redo the process and I got the same error!

After that I test to post a tweet manually in the account and it worked (did it while open it in chrome)

After that I redo it again (the update account's process) but again.. failed with the same error.

After this I clear the cookies and redo the process and it finally completed without any problem.

can you submit logs so I can see what is causing it too loop:

your logs are hard to follow as seems like a lot is going on in them. But it seems like twitter is showing you the message "we need to protect your account, please verify to sms / change password".

Strange that manual login is NOT showing this to you. How are you logging in manually? Via your browser, or within twitterdub and that browser?
