Updated to the latest version this morning (64Bit) and as soon as Twitterdub opens a pop-up window appears (twice). (The ID changes each time):
Error occurred with processing thread: ID: 85836 - Object reference not set to an instance of an object. This processing thread has now terminated and will no longer process any actions.
After closing the window, no actions will run even if forced.
EDIT: Actions do appear to be running now, they just didn't when forced to (using Run Now)
EDIT 2: Looks like the two Search Follow actions are the ones not running, I'm guessing they are what's causing the error. If you check the log files they were both scheduled to run first thing this morning (7:40 and 8:20am).
