I have done this but still have the same issue when action is run it says successful but when you go back to the account it is unsuccessful
Maybe I am not fully understanding what you mean by UNSUCCESSFUL.

Hi Martin By unsuccessful I mean the following this is the steps I have taken
1. Checked account
2. Clicked on Verify login
3. I go to action tab and see the system processing then it says 1 account validated successfully.
4. That is done and completed when attempting on 2nd account this is the result
I follow same steps and then I go to the action tab
It shows it is requesting the sms and I am receiving the sms on my phone, I receive it 3 times but the action tab says SMS failed Failed login. There is no option for me to add the sms code. Can you please advise what I am doing wrong or should I submit logs again?
