How do I submit a support ticket?

I've submitted support tickets before but I can't find how to do it again.
I’m trying to figure out how Twitterdub works so I searched for the followers of the following keywords
akwaeke emezi paulo Coelho jorge luis borges Anthony Doerr madeline miller neil gaiman andres pelenur andrew sean greer gail honeyman angie Thomas ibi zoboi chimamanda ngozi Adichie william kent Krueger tanehisi coates Margaret Duarte elizabeth gilbert carlos Castaneda
with my TimWooden4 account. After a day I wasn’t having any success and so I searched for the followers of the following keywords
@azemezi @paulocoelho @BorgesJorgeL @MillerMadeline @neilhimself @Andrespelenur @agreer @GailHoneyman @angiecthomas @ibizoboi @ChimamandaRea @WmKentKrueger @tanehisicoates @GilbertLiz #carloscastaneda
These are all existing accounts on Twitter.
