Accounts list - Acc Tag Campaign

Post by martin@rootjazz »

instadub now has this feature - other bots being updated
Feature coming soon...

Actions can now be assigned to work with ACC TAGS. When the action runs, all accounts that have been assigned any of the assigned Campaign Tags will be used.

This allows you to add / remove accounts to an action, without having to edit / re-setup the action.

Lets say you are big in the "jumping cats" niche. You have 10 accounts that you want to run your "jumping cats" actions. Rather than selecting the 10 accounts, just give them the ACC TAG: "jumpingcats".

Now when you want to create an action, give the ACC TAG CAMPAIGN input of: "jumpingcats"

Everything will work the same as if you had just selected the 10 accounts.

Now lets assume disaster struck and 4 of your accounts are banned. You add 4 more accounts to work in your jumping cats actions to the app. Previously you would have to have removed the action and set it up again. Now you just assign the ACC TAG: "jumpingcats" to the 4 new accounts and they will start work in your existing actions straight away.

Account tags can be added / edited / removed from accounts via selecting (highlighting the accounts) then the RIGHT CLICK menu:
1) ACC TAGS APPEND - will append tags to the existing accounts
2) SET ACC TAGS - will set tags - deleting all existing

You can see which accounts have which tags, via the controls at the bottom left of the ACCOUNTS LIST, where you can filter in / filter out accounts from the view

Thanks Martin, it is very smart and amazing feature.

That always happen :), we re-do actions and reselect accounts for many instances which is time consuming, now with your idea, it is time saving.

I do have few questions:

1. Do the account tags , mix different actions? for example follow like comment etc, together in same action tag? Or each action (follow or like..etc) has it is own action tag?

2. If the action tag now created, and running with it's accounts , does adding or deleting account from the action tag, remove it immediately or the action need to be stopped or re created or how?

3. In processor how the threads will work with the action tags?, Are the threads considered in action tags, (felixable change in processor), or this need to be set (threads) when creating the action tag?

Thanks

No this is not the new action type we have been discussing. It is just a way to dynamic load accounts into the *existing* actions. So instead of specifying the accounts for your follow action or your post image actions, you can specify a tag(s). When the action runs, all accounts with these tags are loaded in and used - the same as if you had selected them for the action
2. If the action tag now created, and running with it's accounts , does adding or deleting account from the action tag, remove it immediately or the action need to be stopped or re created or how?
action will load accounts based on tags at action start
3. In processor how the threads will work with the action tags?, Are the threads considered in action tags, (felixable change in processor), or this need to be set (threads) when creating the action tag?
the actions work the same as before - no change in actions. Just a new way to specify accounts for the actions
