yes, still confused by what is happening, am getting no response, which doesn't let me get the ID required. Yet in the browser there is content returned.

I switched to non-EU proxies for now.

ok, sorry I haven't had the time to look at this since again in my detail. I don't understand why nothing is returned. Which is required to get the ID to make the request. I think it is some kind of strange redirect I am missing. Hopefully things will calm down next week (has been a nightmare with urgent updates to breaking functionality for major features due to site changes across most our other products which have had to take a priority over this update
