Maybe / maybe not. Could just be the bug is only exposed if you set A B C which you need and I didn't. So if it does come back, information such as:

logs
screenshots of setup
what search
what filters
how you created action
if action has repeated (manually / automatically)
etc etc

This can all help get to the bottom of it.
