Account proxy fail?

Hello, I have been trying to verify my account logins but I keep getting “failed”. I’m pretty sure it’s something with my proxy’s can you verify that for me? Here are my logs for preforming a verification action... ID: 9742

Proxy not working, probably not IP authorised for your use? Or just isn't working. Contact proxy provider and ask them. I imagine you need to provide them with your IP that will allow it to access this proxy.
Or you normally can get the proxy in format:
ip:port:username:password
that doesn't need IP authorisation to function
