Chromedriver not Working

Post by joeybad47 »

Hello Martin,

It seems any process that requires a browser window to open up with the CMD via chromedriver (such as generating cookies, doing manual login for verification, etc), sees that the browser is instantly closed. This is happening across all my rootjazz software, not just SCM.

I have all programs whitelisted and have even tried disabling firewall, windows defender and smart screen completely. Still is automatically closing the browser on me. Maybe chromedriver is not updated to be compatible with the latest version of chrome? I am getting errors in logs saying chromedriver only supports version 78, when I am currently running 80.

Any suggestions on how to get this working again?

LOGS: 89374

Chrome Version: 80.0.3987.87

Due to chrome updates you will need the specific CHROME DRIVER for your CHROME install.

Info on how to do that here:

No worries, I should have updated the chromedriver with the installer tbh. The next update will include the correct version
