So you added an action
selected RUN NOW
On the action completed it disappeared from the processing view?
No. I made it with repeat. it"s replace the old action that are finished with the new schedule action in "waiting"
Your logs most definitely showed the action was run via RUN NOW.
martin@rootjazz wrote: Mon Jul 22, 2019 8:16 pm If you restart the app, the processor loads empty? If so, please submit database:
No empty, I see the same scheduled actions there.
so the action runs, it is removed, but if you restart the action reappears?
martin@rootjazz wrote: Mon Jul 22, 2019 8:16 pm If you run the action normally NOT as a "run now" action ,is it the same problem?
It's doesn't matter what I'm doing, it's happens again and again.

I deleted all of the actions that I had there. and create new now as I had before our test. the same problem.

If you can do this again but instead: after cleaing all existing actions
CLEAR LOGS: HELP >LOGS > VIEW > delete files
run the action normally
submit logs (I know you have already, but there has to be something in the logs I am missing and as above, your logs before showed you selected RUN NOW)

Also, I think we need to go back to beginning as there must be something I am missing here.

Please describe EXACTLY what you do.

Open app
clear all existing actions in processor
<then....>

Please include screenshots if it will show all settings selected quicker than typing out the options selected.

Ideally I need to be able to cause the same issue as you

I'm always update my app to the latest version.

Ok so lets start.
* I deleted all the actoins now.
* I deleted all the logs.
* close the app
* open app
* made a stats scrape action with repeat every 24 hours
* the action automatically running now
* waiting for the process will be finished (screenshot 1)
* the process has been finished, AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED (<- THIS IS THE PROBLEM) and replaced by new "waiting" status action (screenshot 2)
* send log for you (log id 27721)

when the actions automatically removed I can't analyze it.. failed? successful finished? and etc..

ahhhhhhh lol. The action isn't REMOVED (as in, deleted from the processing tab). You mean the process has it's STATUS changed.

Yes this is correct. Repeating actions will NOT create a new action, instead will repeat into the same action, changing the status.

Look at your 2nd screenshot, the row now has a NEXT DATE column value, tell you when the action will next run, the end column tells you the repeat status and how many repeats have run.

You can double click the action and see all logs of all previous actions.

You can see this detailed in the annoucement / sticky thread on every board

New Processor action functionality - repeat actions

Really? :? :|

If I'm clicking double click on the action, It's relly show ALL the past logs? Or Something short?

I liked the previous method more then the new..

IT will show you the last (x) lines. But you can click RAW LOGS to view all logs from that action for the day.

Feature has been in for months now, all user discussion and feedback and testing of the feature was completed months ago. The feature "improvement" is here to stay. My apologies if you don't like it, but there are numerous reasons why it was done and why it is better (opinionated of course).

I'm sure you'll get used to it :)

You never asked. If I answered questions that people don't ask, I would never do anything but give answers people don't want 99.99% of the time.

I have many skills, mind reading is not one of them :lol: :lol: :lol:
