Creating accounts
i bought a domain on namecheap.com and i added a catch all email address. How do i use it. How do i find the pop server and pop port? What would the password be? The password to what?

You need a webhost which will host your domain name.
Then:
To use a catch all domain you to do the following
Make sure you have a DEFAULT EMAIL setup (usually in CPANEL)
Then using your Default Email, enter the POP3 settings into Soundcloud Manager.
