i bought and imported 500 hotmail pop3 emails and eveyrhting was running smooth it looks like the accounts were being created then i get this erroe at the end, can u explain this ?

Either these accounts are NOT pop enabled, or the pop settings was specified wrongly.

If the emails are old and were inactive, hotmail deactivates them so you must unblock them with phone verification. This can be tricky because you must have access to the original phone number i think.

I don't know how it is now. But you used to be able to log into the account in a browser and just re-activate the pop access. But when doing it bulk, was just easier to buy more emails. But as you say, they wouldn't last long, as the pop access was deactivated
