Merge Already Processed Logs

Hello,
Am i understand right , if i choose some accounts & will push Merge Already Processed Logs , then i will choose Search & Favourite with same search tag for all of accounts, they will never like a same track twice or more times & each track with concrete tag will be liked only once?

Merge is a one off merge of processed logs. So they won't process if the other accounts have already done so. But as you run more actions they will diverge again.
You can also run SHARED actions. In a shared action, a merge happens before the action runs.
The other option is GLOBAL PROCESSED LOGS.
This is a sync of processed logs, so accounts will never process same items

When i'm rightclicking accounts i see only Global Shared Processed Logs which offering me Append & View Global Logs.
Will "Append" create a new global logs for checked accounts if i just add a name of this such a Open Custom DB instance does? Or how can i create this?

It will just append the data to global processed logs.
This means - no new global log will be created. Just got merged with already existing data.
Or how can i create this?
Please tell me what do you want.
I could not understand what did you mean by "how can i create one" .
You already have a log of each of your accounts. So, what do you want to create now?

I just want to all of accounts will interact with concrete track only once all the next accounts will avoid this track & interact with another in a genre i choose.
Could you write me how can i do this step by step , as topic you sent me above not relevant. It's consist this line check / select accounts then right click > GLOBAL PROCESSED LOGS , but my SCM havn't "GLOBAL PROCESSED LOGS".

Please select ALL those accounts and then - right click > Merge already processed logs
This will merge already processed logs of selected accounts.
Could you write me how can i do this step by step , as topic you sent me above not relevant. It's consist this line check / select accounts then right click > GLOBAL PROCESSED LOGS , but my SCM havn't "GLOBAL PROCESSED LOGS".
The thread url admin did provide is a bit different. Perhaps the options is slightly changed. Admin will explain on how you can do this very soon.

Also as i understand right i must often push Merge already processed logs , but i want to create a common to all of accounts global log which will be checked by accounts before any action to avoid 2+ actions on a same track. I don't want to push this button each 5 minutes , but want to create this once & forget about this until this file get few gbs. Hope i clearly explain what i exactly want.
