HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

yes different errors are likely as try to hone in on the actual cause of the problem. Can you try again. As the errors in the logs are all pointing to a server issue, which coincides with the SC issue which is hiding your issue I think

then repeat the action again. Sorry to ask again, but I do need the information that this version gives as there is something strange about the file name that is failing which I think has something to do with the issue
