Hey I'm having an issue, following with my main acc (no proxy).

My other accs follow without any problem.

I have deleted processed items in the past, too.

You can just delete that file. Everything should be fine after that

Deleted, ran action once again - and again the same problem. It returned me another file - found it, deleted. Ran action again - still the same. Delete, repeat. And again failed.

Newest file: * FAILED: CRITICAL_93785439537530 : Previous processed logs failed to load - please contact support and submit logs for review: 661ea54e-0a71-46ba-862d-b7522297118b
Finished processing

Looks like it generates new file like that every time, and even if I deleted it, I still got the issue. (I deleted file with '_2' at the end).

LOGS: 14359

Edit: also deleted original file (without '_2' at the end) but problem is still persisting.

ok, so the file is the symptom and not the cause. Let me take another look, I must have been missing the cause first time round
