Re: Uploading Proxies
Validating means -
The proxy can open soundcloud.com only not IT will work ( registration/ sign in / follow etc etc ). Those proxys are public proxys and probably / or not used by thousands of users in various purposes.
Filters out those which are not reaching to soundcloud in certain time. A good proxy is determined by its quality ( reachingt time, speed, response time , subnets etc ).
Like does it filter out the ones that doesn't work?

Re: Uploading Proxies
Honestly,
Elite - used to be good quality
Highly annon - hides the location( theortitcal not sure what)
KEEP IT IN MIND that as long as those proxys are public - they are of low quality. We will no recommend any one to work with them for some serious accounts!
