I dont know. I'm sure he'll fix it and get us an update soon if that's what needs to be done. Maybe it's something we're doing wrong on our end. nope i dont think so theres anything wrong at our end, as i am doing perfectly same i used to do and that worked before but not now!

And no one has sent me an account.. What more do you want me to do? Spend all day trying to cause the issue? When someone who has the issue can spend 5 seconds to export an account and 5 seconds to email it to me....

Not trying to defend Martin but everything works here too.. must be some other issue you guys dealing with. Submitting logs or provide an test account would definitely help him to check if there is an actual issue with the software.

I had no issues all week with exception of an hour ago, may be a few changes with SoundCloud. Also to defend Martin, he is quite quick at fixing issues for being one person. I have yet to find a Bot provider that put this much time and effort in their work for their clients.

Today it stopped to work here too: Track not playable, invalid url, etc messages. I have submited the logs

I actually did send you the logs and the ID #. Maybe you never looked at my logs and found the errors. I dont know. However, As the others have stated, the Plays are no longer working as well now. Comments, Likes, Reposts, and now PLAYS give errors within the program currently. Is everyone who has reported this wrong or does the program simply need an update? The program is NOT working. All mails / all forum posts are 99% of the time responded to same day (usually fixed, but you will always get a responses acknowledging the contact. If you didn't, then either I missed it / didn't receive or put it to one side to look at in detail later and forgot (rare but does happen in all honesty)
Now, we have two options on how to move forward.
1) You can keep complaining and insist I have what I need
2) or provide me all the details I need to help you (even if you have sent them before) and I can look into it.
For (2).
clear all existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW > delete all files in folder
perform a single action with a single account to generate the issue:
MASS FOLLOW tab, check account >input profile > run action
MASS LIKE tab, check account >input profile > run action
run JUST those two actions, do not run anything else, do not do anything else
Then submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Also, if you have an account that does NOT work for you, please export that account and email it to me for testing
If you are weary of sending me an account, I can assure you, over 5 years I have been sent 1000s of accounts for testing and not once has anyone even raised the accusation they were used in anyway other than stated. However, if you do not want to, I understand, but then please accept the fact that the issue will take longer to resolve, as I said this is NOT an issue for me and others. Unless I can replicate the issue and monitor the code / network during the issue, resolving it is very difficult
