When I try to create 500 accounts, it takes up to 7 hours and only around 17 were made. Most of them didn't receive confirmation emails.

I use proxies I find online.
I import email addresses through the txt file like this. email@email.com,password,pop.gmail.com,995,true
I create 500 using 400 threads.

I also added my api key in my settings.

Is there a step to step tutorial I can watch or read showing me how to create mass accounts?

this is your biggest problem. Public proxies are slow, prone to lose connection, outright don't work and / or are blocked by SC.

This could be
a) you couldn't log into the email via pop (account doesn't exist, account details wrong, pop access not enabled)
b) SC didn't send the email
c) email not in inbox (perhaps in spam / junk which cannot be checked)

400 threads is FAR too many, set it much much lower. And when testing proxies / action settings, set it to 1 so you can follow a couple of attempts just to make sure everything is running smoothly before diving into the main action

the main issue is relying on free public proxies that are heavily used and abused. With proxies you get what you pay for. You can think of proxies as fuel and the program as race car. Sure you can siphon spilt fuel from the garage forecourt and get your car to to move, but you won't win a race - for that you need to buy rocket fuel (equivilent to private proxies)

Not all emails have POP access, If they do, they'd have it on their site.
