Profile updating

Post by rob4926 »

Hello Martin, hope all is well. I wasn’t able to update my accounts profile picture with the update tab. Not sure why, here is my logs if you can look into it. Thanks :)

Working fine here. Is the account verified? If you log into the account manually, can you update the avatar?

logs show unauthorised.

Either account is not verified, or there was a cookie issue, try a clean login

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
CLICK THE LINK VERIFY:LOGIN

THIS WILL CREATE AN ACTION AND SEND IT TO THE PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs

then repeat your update avatar action

Martin

When I login to the account manually it allows me to change the profile picture and shows it confirmed. I tried clearing the cookies and still seems to be failing
