Hello, Martin
Hope all is well. Recently some of my accounts have been saying "failed", In the raw logs it says the following "If you are receiving CAPTCHA_REQUIRED error, please generate the cookies for this account manually (Accounts tab > Browser login Generate Cookies". I purchased captcha credit and it seemed im still getting accounts that are being deleted. If you could check out my logs and help me see what im doing wrong i would appreciate it. I think must be a new verification check as am not aware of SC requesting captcha after login.

Can you generate issue specific logs as I am having issues finding the problem in your logs as they are quite large:
Please perform the following:
Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)
Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens
Perform the action:

Run a VERIFY LOGIN action on the account having the issues:
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and see what happened

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.
Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

Where is the accounts tab? I only see the update/view accounts tab. I was able to delete the cookies but I cannot find the “Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES” or “click the link VERIFY:LOGIN”

That's the right tab, maybe there isn't an option for EXISTING COOKIES (sorry - it is a general response when I need a clean login)
As for VERIFY : LOGIN, maybe it is VALIDATE LOGIN something like that

This would imply your details are wrong. Or account banned.00:32:11: Soundcloud error reported as: not_found
Can you double check the login details and confirm them work in your browser in a private / incognito window
