Hello again, I’ve been trying to find which proxies are best to use for SoundCloud. Right now I’m using private proxies but they can get expensive. Are shared proxies safe to use?

They can be. Depends who you are sharing the IP with. Chances are low you share with a Soundcloud Spammer, but you might. But users can still get IPs blacklisted onto spam lists which SC may check to block IPs.
