avatars not posting

I keep getting errors when i try and upload pictures yes accounts are verified via emails

* ERROR: The remote server returned an error: (422) Unprocessable Entity.
* FAILED: Avatar post appears to have failed

Are you sure accounts are verified? If you log into the account via the website, can you upload an avatar?

please submit logs

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
