Pause being applied even when filter fails

Post by PrismaPhonic »

Hi,

I'm noticing a problem that is essentially making it so my jobs take an insanely long time to finish (many hours for a small job that would normally take a few minutes).

What happens is that even if a potential user (to follow) fails the filter, it will still apply my random pause time. Since most users fail my filters (I set very specific parameters) it makes the job take an unnecessarily long time to finish

Thanks! That seemed to fix that one.

Now, the other issue I'm experiencing is that recently it seems like unfollow action takes an extremely long time to finish (sometimes I'll start running bot in the early morning and by night time unfollow is still running and doesn't seem to have unfollowed anyone).

Also, sometimes getting weird error messages in chinese? or where a brief part of it is in chinese (very strange).

Example:

Code: Select all

* SKIP: https://soundcloud.com/r-a-w-3
Start Unfollow: https://soundcloud.com/lauren-pressman : 684 / 75 (2207)
* Do not unfollow lauren-pressman is following you
* IGNORE: Exception of type '뻣滭ǵ敐瓆祒駦烔' was thrown.

Log: 81627

The unfollow action taking forever seems to have cleared itself over the past couple days, but the logs still seem quite strange to me. Also, one other issue I experience is sometimes if I have threads set higher than 1, even though SCM is running in safe mode, it sometimes will trigger two events from the same account to run at once.

your logs are too big, can you generate specific logs for me please

Please perform the following:

Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)

Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens

Perform the action:
***
run the action you are having issues with
***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.

Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

Alright, to make sure it wasn't a problem on my end I created a brand new virtual machine running up to date Windows 10. Installed the newest SCM from testing branch and migrated over these folders:

database
whitelist
sharegroups
saved
config
backups

After entering my license info back in I was up and running in the new virtual environment. Nothing in the logs folder. Let "unfollow" action run and getting same error message with weird chinese characters.

Logs #: 93766

Also, I have 5 separate soundcloud accounts setup to each run Unfollow action. I set threads to 8 and yet right now is only running one account at a time. even if I up to threads to something crazy like 25 it's still only doing one at a time right now. Something is definitely very funky with "threads" at the moment that seems to be a recent bug.

threads option removed from unfollowing, there is no reason why you would want to thread it, it is dangerous for your accounts. I must have forgot to remove the control

Again, your logs are strange, they shouldn't be as they are - I don't know why.

But I see no pausing in your logs.

But your logs end abruptly, did you just send logs during the action?
