ok so the issue is your windows machine, as you have never installed python windows made a fake python.exe and redirects it to the windows store. IT places this at the top of your profile PATH, so when the program calls python.exe, rather than call the python.exe in the directory it's being told to...

please tell me what parameters are needed for VPS or PC (CPU,RAM etc ) , SO that at least 5000 accounts work in the TD
