Confirmed soundcloud issue. goto your followings page scroll down and down and down and down and down it will show 80+ users then stop. status.soundcloud.com They made changes / had issues / said might still be issues. If SC are not showing the users, then SCM cannot scrape them. I am not 100% sure...

It would appear that the there are no users to unfollow as you have whitelist 80+ users not to unfollow and when SCM scrapes your followings, that is all you are following - those whitelist users. Your processing logs should have stated...
