Cleared out all actions from the processor, started up a few actions (forced them to run as were scheduled). Shut down app normally and tried again via task manager. If it is ok with you, the best way for me to see this is if you can zip up your database folder. Then I can replicate, start / restart. I can ensure no contact is made with twitter servers from my machine (unplug cable), then when I restart I should be able to cause this, locate the code causing it ...
