I think Twitter changed something on their side on the login flow and the TwitterDub need to be updated. Hope Martin will come with an update soon

Yes. I do that with the random selection function. Would be great if would be included an automated feature to randomly select at each run a percentage (defined by user) of accounts from the list of accounts with the same tag to perform the like/retweet actions.
