How do I bulk verify e-mails in SCM ? I've already made the accounts but I need them for comments and in order to comment I need to email verify...

If I created a process to create 10 accounts, and hit cancel after 9 are successfully created.. will the 9 that I created get added to the database of accounts?

They would need to be IPv4 > IPv6 proxies right? SC Manager only supports IPv4 from what I understand.
