I am on a VPS and have no issues at all. If anyone is having issues it is probably the proxies.

I am getting this issue when I am trying to create an account with the mass account creator:

* FAILED: Create account failed: Couldn't get recaptcha ID

Is there any information on when the account creator is going to be working again?

Everything works well for me. (Version: 3.6.5.764)

I tested a Mass action and these are the results:

Plays: 2000/2000
Comments: 100/100
Likes: 100/100
Reposts: 100/100
Follows: 100/100

As far as I can see the accounts are logging in with cookies.
